Gason maintains a fully equipped mobile field service vehicle to support and train Gason dealer staff.
Your Gason dealer should be in a position to satisfy any service work required on Gason equipment, however we at Gason are available to support the dealer network with full time service and engineering staff.
Our National Service Manager Roger Louder, with 30 years experience in the field, working alongside our fully qualified engineering staff, devotes most of his time to dealer support and training.

Gason Spare Parts
Gason’s dealer network is supplied with a comprehensive parts manual covering the full range of Gason machinery.
Where there is a demand for spare parts at the dealership, such parts are stocked by the dealer, this is backed up by Gason’s parts distribution system which enables us to back up our dealer network promptly.
Gason has a track record of dispatching 97% of parts orders within 24 hours. We know the importance of keeping machinery going, particularly during sowing and cropping times.
End users are encouraged to check their machines at the end of the sowing season so as to ensure the machine is ready for future use.
